Jason Bleakley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. He completed his Bachelors of Arts in Sociology at Florida Atlantic University and received a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Jason continues his professional development with the (ACA) American Counseling Association, (NBCC) National Board of Certified Counselors, and Nova Southeastern University’s Counseling Student Organization in order to bring the best and most current practices to his clients.
Jason specializes in working with clients with co-occurring disorders and approaches therapy from a client-centered, existential perspective, incorporating motivational approaches, spirituality, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused therapies. He has provided both group counseling and individual therapy for adults and adolescents. Furthermore, he has a versatile background working with addiction, severe and chronic mental illness, and court mandated clients.
